Lara Koulajian
Lara Koulajian was born in Lebanon, she studied architecture at Barnard-Columbia University and lived in New York City for 10 years before moving to Paris. Shifting to jewelry design, she first started working with the old technique of granulation but then turned to a contemporary style.
With high standards and insensitive to trends, Lara prefers to sculpt her pieces. The creation of forms and volumes on a smaller scale allowed her to obtain results so original that they have inspired other designers. Passionate about architecture and dance, “form in space” is the essence of Lara’s work with more than 500 designs to date. Her style stands out by the apparent simplicity which hides skill and expertise.
« My art is born from the meeting of ancient gold, modern architecture, and innovation. »
