SHIPPING

To Metropolitan France and Europe:
We ship free of charge the day after the order via one of our partners (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) with insurance, signature upon delivery, and hand delivery.

To the Rest of the World:
We also offer free worldwide shipping. Shipments are sent express via our international partner FedEx, with insurance, signature upon delivery, and hand delivery.
International deliveries usually take about 6–9 days, but unforeseen events beyond our control may extend this period to 15–20 days. For express delivery with UPS or FedEx, shipping takes 1–5 days.

RETURNS

Within the European Union:
You may return the jewelry purchased from us within 14 days of the delivery date, under the same conditions as the original shipment. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that personalized jewelry (such as resizing, engraving, or stone changes) cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted if no customization was requested by the client.
